What's on Liz's Head?

It has been a while! Now that my year-long project of something on my head each day is done, obviously, I have not posted much. However, I got a great new hat at a little shop called Wellenkind during my recent trip to Vienna. It’s sort of like a fedora but just a little different. Oh, that shiny stuff around the base—that’s braided audiotape.

In the shop, the milliner had world map with pins on the various places her hats have made home. I was the first Chicago pin!

Even when I was just a year old, I rang in the new year with a new year’s tiara.

I bought this grey cocktail hat in Paris. I didn’t want to risk crushing it by putting in a bag, so I wore it on the trip home and got some funny looks. I admit, a cocktail hat with a denim skirt and a hoodie is an unconventional look.

I got this wear-it-405-different-ways scarf/shawl for Christmas. It can also be a hood, and I think makes me look like a stylish jedi.
